What Is It?

The Request to Speak (RTS) system is a Arizona government website where the public may comments on bills as they pass through the Arizona Senate and House of Representatives.

How It Works

Your legislators and the public, will see a list of names of people who have registered an opinion on the bills being heard by the legislature. You may also include comments and whether or not you want to speak in person. Give legislators, and the public, a clear idea of how much support or opposition there is for a bill.

How Do I Register?

You can create your account at home but Arizona requires your account to be activated in person.

To activate, Legislative kiosk computers are located in the State Senate, House of Representatives or the Tucson Legislative office. A staff member can help you create and/or activate your account. Self service is also available at a kiosk.
